ZTA Day in Orlando – January 30, 2010
It is hard to believe the magic and joy of holiday season is already upon us which also means our 2010 Florida ZTA Day celebration is RIGHT around the corner! I hope you all are getting as excited as we are here in Orlando! We have already begun to receive several registration forms but encourage you and your chapters to keep sending them in if you haven’t already. Please feel free to email us if you still need the registration forms and formal notification attachments.
Attached to this email you will find information on our “A Tisket, A Tasket, A Sweet Zeta Basket” Fundraiser, how to “Send Your Sister Some Sugar” and details on our fabulous 2010 Florida ZTA Day T-Shirt.
Be sure to find us on the world wide web as we have developed our very own website for this special occasion. Check out our newly updated “FAQ’s” section http://www.flzetaday.myevent.com/ if you should have any questions*. We will be updating the site regularly as plans for the event develop. For all you Facebook fanatics, look for and join our group, “How Sweet it is to be a ZTA; 2010 Florida ZTA Day.”
*Please note that we have also included a RSVP section on our website however to be officially registered for the program, we must physically receive a completed registration form along with full payment. Our next email will contain information pertaining to the amazing vendors we will be showcasing at this year’s event along with specifics about the “Sweet Sisterhood Social” the lovely ladies of Eta Kappa will be hosting the Friday evening prior to 2010 Florida ZTA Day.
